The connecting threads through all the expressions is vibrant worship, social reformation and excellence in governance. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will provide assistance by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and monitoring projects relating to the office of the Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate expense schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a budget and maintain funds for the office of the director.<\/li>\n<li>Calendar management for executives<\/li>\n<li>Aid executive in preparing for meetings<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the administrative officers, ensuring the smooth running of the office which includes proper maintenance of the filing system, budgeting and expense retirement and welfare needs of the director.<\/li>\n<li>Review all official correspondence for the attention of the director, summarizing reports and memos.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the Protocol &amp; Logistics team in coordinating the itinerary of the director.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a point of contact between the Board and other members of staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree or its equivalent in Administration, Human Resources or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>3-6 years progressive experience in similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSffOKAr3JLAmFMceM8IZZwcL5FJm64PEHNAmGOLv9D2xa6HFw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The House of Freedom is a network of Faith-based Non-governmental Organizations.
