We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Procurement Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Procurement Manager, who will be responsible for the execution of all supply chain operations which includes the procurement and inventory of materials.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he is also responsible for establishing relationships with the best product and logistics vendors both locally and internationally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to use Pro SCM software is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of other SCM software will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with safety and procedural best practices in SCM<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Process and schedule internal project orders within specified procurement lead-time in the most efficient and cost-effective way<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years\u2019 previous experience within the Supply Chain function is essential<\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up supplier agreements<\/li>\n<li>Proven negotiation skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills\/experience<\/li>\n<li>The ability to understand technical and engineering terms is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Decision making skills\/experience is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Warehouse\/Inventory Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Needed asap Warehouse\/Inventory Officer; you will be responsible for managing, receiving and dispatching materials, tracking and maintaining stocks levels and Inventory in the company\u2019s warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate all activities for proper Inventory management to ensure optimum levels of inventory is maintained and at par with quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of inventory records to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and fulfill purchase orders,<\/li>\n<li>Receiving, storing and issuing materials within the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Maintain stock records<\/li>\n<li>Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Keep proper inventory records using an Inventory Management software<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for preparing reports on any changes done to the Inventory that may be damaged, spoilt or returned<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 previous experience within the Supply Chain function is essential<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning and numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Good documentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@hausba.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recruitment@hausba.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>The subject heading should indicate \u2018Job Title (Location)\u2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>5th July, 2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hausba SmartHomes Limited Founded in 2010, with a vision to becoming the leading brand in providing bespoke electronics and home technology in modern day architecture.
