We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Capital Officer<br \/>\nJob Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating and administering Finchglow Group\u2019s Training and Development programs and liaising with external training bodies as required<\/li>\n<li>Assist in bi annual performance management process<\/li>\n<li>Fulfillment of additional duties as required<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the Head, Human Capital with generalist HR matters, including reviewing and developing Policies and Procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management<\/li>\n<li>Providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to Finchglow Group\u2019s employees<\/li>\n<li>Payroll processing<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance procedures as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Administration, co-ordination and support of Finchglow Group\u2019s recruitment process<\/li>\n<li>Managing and maintaining contracts, employee files and other employee information<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating induction programs for new employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospective candidates must have a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years experience working in a generalist HR environment.
