We are in search of a vibrant, disciplined and self-governed leader to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Job Title:\u00a0Legal and Administration Manager<br \/>\nJob Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><br \/>\nIn House Counsel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals<\/li>\n<li>Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>Offering counsel on a variety of legal issue<\/li>\n<li>Advising executives within the company<\/li>\n<li>Working alongside other departments within the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation<\/li>\n<li>Organize and supervise other business activities (training, meetings, event planning etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Handle all correspondence and mails addressed to the company on every channel<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes<\/li>\n<li>Manage entire organization\u2019s human resource<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations<\/li>\n<li>Manage schedules and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory of business supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Curate Strategies with the Executive Board for the growth, sales of the Company\u2019s product and services and for the company\u2019s efficiency in operations and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Making Sales Pitch of Company\u2019s product and services to potential Clients<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and train affiliate members, allocate resources and monitor performance<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 5 years\u2019 Law practice experience<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience working in managerial role<\/li>\n<li>High level discipline and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Prompt &amp; Effective communication skills both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Organized, strong attention to detail, and process-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and flexible<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft office tools<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with digital alternatives in Business Administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should write convincingly why he\/she should be chosen for this role and send their write-ups to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hello@afrihood.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hello@afrihood.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Subject must be labeled: \u201cLegal and Administration Manager Application\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>4th July, 2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Do not send your CV<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afrihood is a High-tech Real Estate Development Company established to provide realistic estate solutions, particularly to the middle class.
