{"id":76208,"date":"2019-07-02T15:56:18","date_gmt":"2019-07-02T14:56:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=76208"},"modified":"2019-07-02T15:56:18","modified_gmt":"2019-07-02T14:56:18","slug":"british-ivy-schools","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/british-ivy-schools.html","title":{"rendered":"British Ivy Schools"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>British Ivy Schools, an Independent Educational Facility newly established at Nnewi, Anambra State, offering British and Nigerian curriculum is looking for a highly motivated and focused individual to fill the esteemed position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Head Teacher<br \/>\nJob Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Anambra<br \/>\n<strong>Job Contract:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Hours:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be the most senior teacher and leader of the school reporting directly to the school administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the education of all pupils, management of staff, school policy making etc. Lead, motivate and manage staff by delegating responsibilities, setting expectations\/ targets and evaluating staff performance against them.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and manage the school, maintain proper order and discipline in the school as well as be in charge of and supervise education of pupils.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Ed. with at least 5 years experience in a Head Teacher position, or NCE with at least 10 years experience in a Head Teacher position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to motivate, inspire and raise expectations for all stake holders, including staff and pupils. Excellent organisational and behaviour management skills with the ability to multi task.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge and the use of the English Language ( both spoken and written).<\/li>\n<li>Must be an inspirational and caring leader, with a vision to deliver modern and creative learning to pupils and staff. An exceptionally strong academic record.<\/li>\n<li>An evidenced commitment to high performing education sector.
