\/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently looking for a Finance\/Admin manager to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>The responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we\u2019re compliant with all tax regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all accounting transactions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budget forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Publish financial statements in time<\/li>\n<li>Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely bank payments<\/li>\n<li>Compute taxes and prepare tax returns<\/li>\n<li>Manage balance sheets and profit\/loss statements<\/li>\n<li>Report on the company\u2019s financial health and liquidity<\/li>\n<li>Audit financial transactions and documents<\/li>\n<li>Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Comply with financial policies and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Preparing budget forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Processing tax payments and returns<\/li>\n<li>Manage financial and administration teams to achieve company financial goals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in account receivable and payable activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and managing budgeting system.<\/li>\n<li>Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related problems.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all client accounts for payment settlements.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate orientation and training programs for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Track and monitor resource needs and other material needs for carrying out financial and administration tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resource identification, work assignment, performance evaluation, and promotion decision activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work experience as an Accountant<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with accounting software like Dynamics Navision, SAGE, SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables<\/li>\n<li>Experience with general ledger functions<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree<\/li>\n<li>Additional certification is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><br \/>\nN200k \u2013 N250k per month<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Microsoft Dynamics 365\/NAV Expert<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV\/D365 Business Central and its add-on products<\/li>\n<li>Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of NAV\/D365 BC<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)<\/li>\n<li>Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics NAV clients<\/li>\n<li>Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>3+ years D365 Business Central\/ NAV implementations experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate experience in distribution or manufacturing environments to creatively solve client business\/application issues<\/li>\n<li>Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business application<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and\/or board of directors<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed<\/li>\n<li>Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in person<\/li>\n<li>Experience with NAV Manufacturing and\/or Warehouse Management (version 2013 or higher) a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interface with
