We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Terminal Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDetails<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures all Experience Officers remit accurate \u201csales\u201d to the accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively attend to guest\u2019s questions and queries and deliver high standard of customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve the interface and our service to Guests and relay the potential to Field Operations for follow up<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all employees within the terminal comply strictly with the policies and procedures of the organization. E.g. resumption time, dress code, professionalism towards guests etc<\/li>\n<li>Promote GIGM services to encourage greater use of online booking platforms (Website and App).<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and negotiate with different stakeholders including local authorities, regulatory bodies, highways authorities and reps of host community.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement terminal staff shift schedule in compliance with standards set by Management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure day to day terminal operations run smoothly.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure scheduled service timelines are strictly adhered to, minimize disruption and resolve any unscheduled delays.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the activities of the terminal operations staff to ensure available buses are assigned to routes, positioned and moved efficiently and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Disseminate information as communicated by Management to terminal staff members<\/li>\n<li>Communicate shortage or surplus of buses at the terminal to the Control Unit.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all buses blown to the terminal are effectively tracked in transit.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve minor grievances or disputes that do not require escalation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct weekly price survey forwards reports to the Snr Operations Officer(s).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the terminal facilities are efficiently cleaned and maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the terminal meets its performance and safety targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely use of appropriate software\/ tools for all operational processes.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required or as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@thegiggroupng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@thegiggroupng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>God is Good Motors (GIGM) \u2013 Incorporated in 1998, we have, through strategic initiatives, revolutionized land transportation in Nigeria.
