We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant to the CEO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is responsible for providing high level extensive technical and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on all projects<\/li>\n<li>This job requires effective organizational and strategic planning to ensure the smooth and effective running of CEO\u2019s office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare investment committee materials, internal memoranda and other documents required at the C-level;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute research plans and activities for the company;<\/li>\n<li>Attend C-level meetings with the CEO;<\/li>\n<li>Act as the key liaison person to the CEO for internal and external stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and\/or leads ad-hoc projects, as and when requested\/required;<\/li>\n<li>Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO);<\/li>\n<li>Research and prepare speeches and presentations in a variety of formats to support the activities of the CEO;<\/li>\n<li>Manage confidential and sensitive information on behalf of the CEO by ensuring that all work related information is held in the strictest confidence. This includes, but is not limited to; all communications, strategic information, employee specific personnel action and information and personal details relating to the CEO;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other employees on internal and external projects as required and directed by the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO);<\/li>\n<li>Prepare materials and presentation for board meetings and business development meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Provide transaction support to the CEO on active and pipeline projects;<\/li>\n<li>Support the CEO by providing strategic input on project analysis and reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the CEO during strategic planning and budget planning process;<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the CEO to develop and collate technical reports and presentations;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree from a reputable university<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the oil and gas industry;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and administrative knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with personnel at all levels<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and organizing<\/li>\n<li>Business Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Positive Energy.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting and communicating information<\/li>\n<li>Creative and innovative<\/li>\n<li>Deciding and initiating action<\/li>\n<li>Relating and networking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.enyoretail.com\/enyo\/;jsessionid=E23C40463A58F6944F541A0D835FC032?!=vacancy.view@88\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th July, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ENYO Retail &amp; Supply Limited is a customer-focused, technology-driven, fuels retailing company.
