We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Personal Assistant to the CEO<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><br \/>\nAdministrative Duties; Such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate\u00a0 meetings, events, and communications<\/li>\n<li>Manage anniversary and birthday events on behalf of the chairman<\/li>\n<li>Assist the chairman with various social media outreach on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>Oversee office supply and kitchen inventory ordering<\/li>\n<li>Work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information<\/li>\n<li>Perform various office management tasks as well as special projects as assigned by Chairman and Leadership Team<\/li>\n<li>Uphold a strict level of confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Everyday office administrative support<\/li>\n<li>Assist with technical issues that may arise on Kindles, iPads, computers,<\/li>\n<li>Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager\/executive<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Chairman with reminders of important tasks and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Managing databases and filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Collating and filing expenses<\/li>\n<li>The jobholder is expected to handle some unofficial work of the Chairman<\/li>\n<li>To run errands for the chairman, such as picking up dry cleaning and getting coffee when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Undertake these and any other duties as requested by the Chairman<\/li>\n<li>Work late and weekends if the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Compose correspondence, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, prepare expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements as directed by the chairman<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and make all necessary arrangements (visa\/passport requirements) for Chairman\u2019s travel, and accompany the boss if it is required and arrange local transportation when needed and accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Understand firm\u2019s business and be able to assist Chairman\u2019s visitors to the extent possible and to ensure arrangements for official functions and public relations activities are fully coordinated.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out research for specific projects and presenting findings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily follow-up and reminder files<\/li>\n<li>Screen emails and phone calls and prepare correspondence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High quality of deliverables and good turnaround time<\/li>\n<li>Overall cleanliness of the Chairman\u2019s office, including control of visitor traffic, and timeliness of message transmission\/delivery<\/li>\n<li>Efficient and effective filing for easy retrieval<\/li>\n<li>Excellent comportment at all times, as well as composure in handling clients\/situations, especially difficult ones<\/li>\n<li>Availability of quality materials\/equipment required for smooth running of the office.<\/li>\n<li>A good University degree from a reputable university.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years PA\/secretarial experience<\/li>\n<li>Punctual at all times<\/li>\n<li>Neat and professional appearance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a cordial working relationship with everyone the company do business with<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency and effectiveness in the discharge of assigned tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><br \/>\nPension, HMO<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/BanksomeGroup1\/743999691303817-personal-assistant-to-the-ceo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BankSome Group is made up of highly talented, diverse and motivated people who are dedicated to re-defining the business of Construction, Real Estate, Insurance Brokerage, International health Insurance, Bricks &amp;&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
