Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is an exciting opportunity to apply for our Front Desk role that is dynamic and diverse where you will be working alongside a small team that focus on customer service, teamwork, positivity and growth in all aspects of our business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide exceptional levels of customer service at front office and around the premises<\/li>\n<li>Hosting our guests to ensure a fantastic and homely stay<\/li>\n<li>Assist with check-in and check-out activities<\/li>\n<li>Responding to telephone and email enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Back office analysis and administrative tasks<\/li>\n<li>To work closely with all departments to maximise service opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance in all areas<\/li>\n<li>General administrative duties<\/li>\n<li>Marketing updates \u2013 Getting involved with events we will be doing to market our place in a fun and exciting approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree\/Diploma Certificate in Business Administration, Communication, International Relations or any Social Sciences subject<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in the Hospitality sector or Working in an office environment, work experience in an International NGO is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Assistant Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Assistant Managers are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and strive to deliver a consistently high quality product plus great service at every contact point<\/li>\n<li>The role would have a strong focus on the Housekeeping department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounting \u2013 updating our daily and weekly expenses<\/li>\n<li>Revenue and reservations management<\/li>\n<li>Market research<\/li>\n<li>Working with management to create personal development plans and training<\/li>\n<li>Assist with food and beverage sales<\/li>\n<li>Pay attention to detail in regards to Guest Services<\/li>\n<li>Additional responsibilities include nightshift and weekend rota management.<\/li>\n<li>Primary responsibility for the housekeeping teams<\/li>\n<li>Room management \u2013 To get involved and ensure they are kept to a top standard<\/li>\n<li>Reporting and overseeing any repairs or maintenance needed<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with suppliers and workers to maintain facility<\/li>\n<li>Assist Manager to handle Guest complaints, respond effectively and in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing customer feedback in your department to produce targeted action plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree Certificate in Business Administration, Communication, International Relations or any Social Sciences subject<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in the Hospitality sector, Working in an office environment, work experience with an International organisation is an added
