Job Title: Graduate Trainee (for PHP\/MySQL Developer + ICT First Level Support, etc ) (January 2011)<\/p>\n

Location of Job: Onikan, Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n

Employment Type: Full Time \u2013 Permanent<\/p>\n

Key role<\/strong><\/p>\n

To assist the team in the design, development, programming, deployment, project documentations, and other tasks during various client projects.
\nTo work in teams to develop web applications including but not limited to HTML, PHP\/MYSQL , Ruby
\nTo provide first level support for basic client ICT issues including desktop maintenance, troubleshooting on various IT service infrastructure management and basic software troubleshooting.
\nTo research, learn and use technology including Open source solutions and Online communities (including Joomla, drupal, wordpress) ,
\nTo work with the development team on various mobile application products .
\nAnd much more.<\/p>\n

Key Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Basic Web Programming knowledge is required (PHP \/ MySQL preferably)
\nA passion for IT
\nAbility to learn new skills fast
\nMust be very \u201cTech-Savvy\u201d and know a little bit about anything IT
\nMust have basic knowledge of Adobe Suite including Dreamweaver, Firework or other web development tools.
\nPrevious Web Development Experience using HTML ( & PHP ) is a big advantage.
\nPrevious knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio would be an added advantage.
\nBasic knowledge of Design tools (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Fireworks) or Adobe Flash would be an added advantage.
\nPrevious \u201camateur\u201d development or related IT project to showcase at the interview is an added advantage.<\/p>\n

Education Qualification <\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Minimum of an OND, HND, Bsc or their equivalent from any reputable higher Institution.
\nMinimum of 1 year (maximum of 4 years) of experience in a \u201ccomputo-centric\u201d. (\u2018Informal\u2019 experience or Related NYSC experience will suffice)
\nApplicants should not be more than 30 years of age as at December 2010.<\/p>\n
