We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Programs Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location<\/strong>: Akure with occasional travel to Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We seek an energetic Program Manager to lead our flagship and brand partner projects across Nigeria. You will work with our external partners in creating value driven programs that will create impact within our community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our ideal candidate will have experience with:<\/li>\n<li>Planning and executing multiple projects concurrently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think-through and develop positive user experiences<\/li>\n<li>Must be comfortable working with external client and managing relationships<\/li>\n<li>Experience operating at a management level.<\/li>\n<li>Manage venture support programs we run with our partners on-time, within budget<\/li>\n<li>Create value driven programs that can create impact<\/li>\n<li>Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to development, planning of our venture support programs and formats<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute on formats and curricula for impact entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<li>Guide and coach teams through various growth stages<\/li>\n<li>Support the growth of our venture support methodology and improve existing formats and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct local and global venture scouting with the Impact Hub network and other partners.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Proposals and look for opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Manage stakeholders that relate to our acceleration activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and report writing communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical\/critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Min of Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Management\/Administration or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 \u2013 5 years proven experience in administration\/facility function well-versed in operations and facilities management best practices<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident in Akure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\nN80,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in MS Word Format to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u201cPrograms Manager\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>18th July, 2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only qualified candidates would be shortlisted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited \u2013 We are a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
