The help desk team is integral to our daily operations. They ensure our employees have the tools they need to assist our customers.<\/li>\n<li>If you are a help desk analyst who seeks responsibility, thrives when empowered and understands the importance of personal accountability. A place where you\u2019re proud to work and where you are motivated to produce the best results possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nHelp Desk Analysts are responsible for daily desktop operations including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with employees, Department Managers and Executives to meet the help desk, applications, and customer service requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of workplace information accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Operates within the guidelines established policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Computer delivery &amp; setup<\/li>\n<li>Delivery, problem escalation\/resolution processes and performance monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating, tracking, escalating, managing and then ensuring timely closure of all requests reported to Help Desk.<\/li>\n<li>Interacts with help Desk Manager and staff to ensure all appropriate help desk internal customer levels are maintained for the end users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Professional and Technical Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously<\/li>\n<li>Advanced written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Expert interpersonal\/customer services skills<\/li>\n<li>Expert analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a collaborative environment<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years Help Desk experience<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Apple MacBook\u2019s and iMac<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products<\/li>\n<li>Basic Networking skills<\/li>\n<li>Understand project management principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.ibm.com\/ShowJob\/Id\/705484\/IT-Help-Desk\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) is a global technology and innovation company headquartered in Armonk, NY.
