We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Creative\/Art Director\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for managing all aspects of graphic design, work on both marketing and promotional initiatives as well as products design to create a cohesive, recognizable brand statement for Nectar Beauty Hub.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will have to show:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A high level of self \u2013 motivation commitment and dedication.<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye on for detail and critical mind.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and passionate interest in film and video editing.<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for detail and critical mind<\/li>\n<li>The ability listen to others and work well as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Areas of Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptualize and design newspaper and magazine advertising.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize and design online advertising banners.<\/li>\n<li>Provide appropriate images and creations for social media content.<\/li>\n<li>Design all company merchandising and branding collateral.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the implementation of signages, sales and marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software<\/li>\n<li>Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare rough drafts and present ideas\/concepts for management approval.<\/li>\n<li>Amend designs to management comments and finalize in required formats for production.<\/li>\n<li>Daily update of customer email &amp; mobile database<\/li>\n<li>Manage online orders and processes of company eStore customers<\/li>\n<li>Online customer care and communication management<\/li>\n<li>Digital content creation and online marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Maintain web environment by identifying web requirements and monitoring system performance.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.<\/li>\n<li>Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend web site improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with senior management to develop a brand that reflects the company\u2019s core values and ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Review graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness for our brand.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Staff Scheduling and Training<\/li>\n<li>Develop artistic concepts with art team.<\/li>\n<li>Work with art department to create original graphic content for the company\u2019s website, social media pages and market materials<\/li>\n<li>Manage all graphic designs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in all design aspects.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure and at short notice.<\/li>\n<li>Male candidate preferably.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven cognate experience (Minimum of 5 years working experience.)<\/li>\n<li>High level of proficiency in the use of CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and other design and video editing<\/li>\n<li>Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual\/visual ability and originality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nHighly attractive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@nectarbeautyhub.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@nectarbeautyhub.com<\/strong><\/a>using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>27th July, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nectar Beauty Hub is Nigeria\u2019s largest one stop beauty company with various beauty products for discerning beauty connoisseurs and other beauty care enthusiasts with emphasize on making everyone beautiful.
