We are now recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Medical Doctor<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\nContract Period: Long-term<br \/>\nContract tenure: 6-month<br \/>\nWork Schedule: 8am \u2013 5pm (Morning Shift); 5pm \u2013 8am (Night Shift).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to apply best medical practices in consultation, diagnosis and management of in- and outpatients, in line with established national and global guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to communicate \u2013 fluently and efficiently \u2013 with patients (and care-givers where appropriate) regarding diagnosis and prescribed treatment\/management plan, as well as follow-up to ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to apply ethical guidelines in disease and patient management, ensuring confidentiality is ALWAYS respected.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to assist hospital management by coordinating and providing oversight for relevant healthcare personnel\/units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease note that all relevant certificates MUST be available to be tendered upon request. We DO NOT accept temporary or provisional certificates:<\/p>\n<p>Education:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Degree from duly-recognized institution.<\/li>\n<li>MDCN Certificate of Full Registration.<\/li>\n<li>Current Annual Practicing Licence for applicable year (2019).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post-NYSC Medical Doctor with at least Two (2) years post-graduation experience in clinical\/preventive medicine settings.<\/li>\n<li>(Provide NYSC Certificate of National Service or Exemption Certificate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable Interests &amp; Competencies:<br \/>\nThe strength of any application will be bolstered by verifiable proficiency or interest in the under-listed. However, applicants lacking one, more or all of these will still be considered if they meet the core requirements necessary to satisfactorily perform the advertised role.
