We are positioned to provide the market with efficient and beneficial service at an affordable rate.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure accurately and comprehensively prepared reports on daily transactions postings and to make reports available for management use as stipulated and required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure due diligence in accounts opening procedures<\/li>\n<li>Error-free and fraud-free posting of customers\u2019 withdrawals and deposits<\/li>\n<li>Attend to customers\u2019 inquiries across the counter.<\/li>\n<li>Cash and other transaction reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Account opening and updating of customers\u2019 account details on the database<\/li>\n<li>Perform related clerical duties as required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains accurate computer and paper records required by the department of assignment<\/li>\n<li>Managing office petty cash and preparing cash count certificate<\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance and update of account openings and closure registers<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of customer mandate update.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains customers confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<li>Complies with bank\u2019s operations and security procedures by participating in all dual control functions.<\/li>\n<li>Cross sells bank\u2019s products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Statement of account rendition<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective call over of transactions<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Head of Operations.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nQualifications\/Education:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Book Keeping and Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Treasury Management<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a recognized academic institution in Accounting, Banking &amp; Finance or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Two (4) years relevant experience; working in a Banking or Microfinance bank setting<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Bank one software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@assets-mfb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@assets-mfb.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>26th July, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Assets Microfinance Bank \u2013 We are a world class team dedicated to helping every customer achieve their financial goals.
