We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Personal Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and maintaining procedures\/administrative systems.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Collating and filing expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting research on behalf of the manager.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing the manager\u2019s personal commitments including travel or childcare.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing events and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Reminding the manager\/executive of important tasks and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Managing databases and filing systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Experience\/Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive plus good road network knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Male gender is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills\/Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to think independently and creatively<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and a delivery mindset<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing services provided by 3rd party vendors<\/li>\n<li>Proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordination and planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration and Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N70,000 net monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@workplacecentre.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@workplacecentre.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the Role _ Location (Personal Assistant Lagos) as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>5th August, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Workplace Centre Limited \u2013 We are a World Class Skills Development and HR \/ ICT Consulting Services organisation that adds significant value to our clients and society.
