The University\u2019s mission is to provide quality education to Nigeria and Africa\u2019s future leaders in order to equip them with the skills needed to solve development issues on the continent, and give them the knowledge needed to create solutions that will benefit their community, their country and, ultimately, the world.<\/p>\n<p>The Atiku Center (SENSE project) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates in the position below, this position is opened to indigenous and\/or legal residents of Nigeria:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yola, Adamawa<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Atiku Center (SENSE project)<br \/>\n<strong>Nature of Employment:<\/strong> Project Assignment<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> Two (2) Years<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSummary of Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Senior M&amp;E Officer will report to the Snr. M&amp;E Specialist.<\/li>\n<li>They will be responsible for administering tools, collecting and entering classroom and school data as well as conduct basic analysis.<\/li>\n<li>They will also be responsible for supporting senior staff during workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M.Sc in Mathematics\/Statistics\/ITC required with 3 years\u2019 experience or BSC with 7 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>M&amp;E experience on an education project<\/li>\n<li>Experience with managing large data sets<\/li>\n<li>Experience in M&amp;E training for state and non-state partners<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and community mobilization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT skills, (to be tested)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use excel and similar software for extensive analysis and reporting (to be tested)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Description of Benefits<\/strong><br \/>\nSalary and benefits are commensurate with experience and job classification as approved by the Project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Gombe<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Atiku Center (SENSE project)<br \/>\n<strong>Nature of Employment:<\/strong> Project Assignment<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> Two (2) Years<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSummary of Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The HR Assistant is charged with the responsibility of assisting the senior HR Officer with project HR and administrative functions.<\/li>\n<li>The duties shall include but not limited to assisting in reviewing information received concerning position opening and contacts hiring official(s) in preparation for recruitment activities, assist in the development of job vacancy announcements, creates a project plan and liaises with University Offices and departments involved to coordinate and run benefits activities in accordance with the university\u2019s policy and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/B.A or HND in Human Resources, Public Admin or related social sciences fields.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years work experience in the field of HR, preferably with a USAID or any donor funded Project.<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written English language skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent confidentiality, interpersonal and multitask skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills (excel and word).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Description of Benefits<\/strong><br \/>\nSalary and benefits are commensurate with experience and job classification as approved by the Project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Finance &amp; Admin. Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location<\/strong>: Yola, Adamawa<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Atiku Center (SENSE project)<br \/>\n<strong>Nature of Employment:<\/strong> Project Assignment<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> Two (2) Years<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSummary of Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The finance and Admin.
