We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Professional Sales Staff\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Ibadan \u2013 Oyo and Ilorin \u2013 Kwara<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To supervise sales of insurance products from Lead Generators<\/li>\n<li>To generate sale revenue by meeting sales targets\/goals as per agreed terms<\/li>\n<li>To manage relationship with partners (such as Banks etc.)<\/li>\n<li>To carry out other assignment as assigned to you, such as on on-boarding\/training of new PSS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitors insurance industry trends, competitive products, pricing, and generally gather information that may prove helpful in developing products and services to meet clients\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<li>Initiate liquidation process and\/or claims process for customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate booking and monitoring of transactions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity while capturing customers details<\/li>\n<li>Carry out inspection of subject matter of insurance<\/li>\n<li>Implement \u2018keep in touch\u2019 procedures for customers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales records and provide sales reports as required<\/li>\n<li>Present the Individual performance at the company\u2019s monthly performance review meeting<\/li>\n<li>Carry out any other assignments given by supervisor, such onboarding and training of new PSS<\/li>\n<li>Seek out new prospects and develop clientele base via networking<\/li>\n<li>Promotes AXA Mansard\u2019s products and services to existing and prospective clients by utilizing available resources<\/li>\n<li>Work with prospects through the sales process; understand customer needs; handle objections and close business deals<\/li>\n<li>Addresses client inquiries, ensuring their needs are consistently met and explaining features, advantages and disadvantages of policies to promote sales of insurance plans<\/li>\n<li>Maximize sales of appropriate products that meet the needs of customers by effective use of sales skills<\/li>\n<li>Achieve, or exceed sales targets while ensure compliance to all AXA Mansard\u2019s sale objectives<\/li>\n<li>Deliver excellent customer service and ensure effective relationship management of customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to be self-driven, passionate, with a high level of enthusiasm.<\/li>\n<li>Good business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Good numerate skills<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in use of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Relevant first degree in any course<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving skills and ability to reason critically<\/li>\n<li>Excellent teaming and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent sales and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:screenedworkers@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>screenedworkers@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>using the Job Title and Preferred Location as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>25th August, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant Halogen is an integrated talent risk management and outsourcing solutions company.
