We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Sales and Marketing<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Principal Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grow customers base (numbers), sales turnover and gross profit.<\/li>\n<li>Discover new markets for the company\u2019s services; develop strategies to increase company\u2019s market shares in new and existing markets.<\/li>\n<li>Shall have the responsibility to put the company at the cutting edge of the use of modern technologies, particularly internet and social media to achieve highest possible exposures; and possesses the ability to initiate and execute transactions as well as satisfactorily manage customers on these new platforms.<\/li>\n<li>The Head Sales and Marketing must be attuned with latest market trends in terms of customers\u2019 expectations, producers\u2019 disruptive innovations, competitions, government policy shifts, and other externalities and effectively utilize them toward corporate progression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Effective management of all customers by ensuring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highest level of customers\u2019 loyalties.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent service deliveries to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Speedy resolutions of all customers\u2019 complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for initiating, directing, coordinating and anchoring the use of modern marketing media to facilitate sales. Such media include suitable above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) advertisements, promotions, trade fairs &amp; exhibitions, and company\u2019s website optimizations<\/li>\n<li>Pursue and ensure that the company receives recognition awards from monitoring and rating agencies<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and ensures effective communication and information flow within the Sales and Marketing department<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for management.<\/li>\n<li>Management of individual customer\u2019s sales turnovers.<\/li>\n<li>Certifying customers\u2019 satisfactions, etc<\/li>\n<li>Continuously review the company\u2019s internal systems to determine how best they could be tuned toward promoting sales<\/li>\n<li>Create and sustains marketing and sales momentum across board.
