We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat would you do?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide high quality technical support to teachers from Nigeria using whatsapp, email, phone.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Customers with their technical and operational queries, as well as any problems reported in the use of the application Mobile Academy for Teachers.<\/li>\n<li>Chat, talk, chat and chat with many different people, every day<\/li>\n<li>Iterate communication strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper and timely communication with all users \u2013 send out updates using various communication channels.<\/li>\n<li>Support the WhyBlueSky Team based both in Krak\u00f3w, Poland and in Lagos, Nigeria in all topics related to the product delivery processes<\/li>\n<li>Resolve issues where possible at Level 1, otherwise providing the relevant information\/analysis to reproduce the issue before passing to supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Track and report carefully every single customer\u2019s status in the proper spreadsheets and CRM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nCheck if you match our profile?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have experience of working in Customer Support<\/li>\n<li>You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening<\/li>\n<li>You are good problem-solver.<\/li>\n<li>You work fluently on spreadsheets and are able to report thoroughly the status of every customer \u2013 on daily basis<\/li>\n<li>You are keen on new technologies! Hands-on experience in basic IT support would be an asset, but we are also open for individuals with interest in new tech.<\/li>\n<li>You are eager to learn! If you don\u2019t have IT background but you are willing to learn, don\u2019t worry.
