We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is an account management administrator and post-sales position designed to support the account manager to give a higher level of client relations with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative support for Account Managers<\/li>\n<li>Management of client account details and ensuring they are up to date (KYC)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that record databases are updated and maintained<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all admin issues affecting departmental vehicle use and coordination of drivers in the department<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the creation of a proactive and responsive Admin unit within the department<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Mgt \u2013 internal (liaise, collaborate)<\/li>\n<li>Finance on the workflow of SAR \u2013 new deals, upgrades, demos, downgrades, modifications, change management forms, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Day to day operational business solutions interface between departments<\/li>\n<li>Legal to ensure the aspects of the contract, signing, service contracts, revisions are done.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure SLA are all updated and documented<\/li>\n<li>Daily meetings with Account Managers in the team to discuss closed and ongoing deals<\/li>\n<li>Initiate, develop and drive quality-related initiatives in line with TL9000 requirements and in the ethos of continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Initiate\/Prepare Service Activity Requests and Proposals for AM<\/li>\n<li>Provide periodic sales report for the attention of head, Business Solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with SAR and update Account Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with client issue and ensure appropriate closure.<\/li>\n<li>Take charge of departmental requisitions, receive and issue materials<\/li>\n<li>Receive and distribute department mail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and\/or Professional Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate Degree qualification essential.<\/li>\n<li>Accreditation to professional bodies<\/li>\n<li>Certified Office Administrator, OND, HND &amp; B.Sc<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills\/Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with both Microsoft operating system and the Apple operating system<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication.<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills for business reports<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and conduct purposeful Departmental\/ Unit meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills\/Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General knowledge of\u00a0 ICT solutions<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Microsoft operating systems.<\/li>\n<li>Able to use properly MS Word, Excel and Power-point<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Nigerian Telecoms Market<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/netcomafrica.odoo.com\/jobs\/detail\/account-executive-124\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head IT Services<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Tasks and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and control developments, changes, support and maintenance of Tally ERP system.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and provide ERP (Tally) and other systems managerial and operational data and reports in response to inquiries and queries<\/li>\n<li>Manage IT support and maintenance teams, vendors and service providers<\/li>\n<li>Manage the organization\u2019s information technology strategy by developing and implementing the IT policies, procedures, goals and road map<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes the business requirements of different departments and conducts feasibility studies to determine the best use of technical resources<\/li>\n<li>Propose and budget technical investments, including but not limited to upgrade, replacement or additional IT platform, infrastructure, systems, hardware or software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nKnowledge of and experience with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ERP project implementation<\/li>\n<li>Corporate LAN\/WAN connectivity, VPN Connectivity<\/li>\n<li>Wireless connectivity<\/li>\n<li>SQL Server, Oracle Server, Tally ERP,<\/li>\n<li>Data base and application back up\/ recovery, IT vendor management, Project management.<\/li>\n<li>Networking and server trouble shooting management.<\/li>\n<li>ERP &amp;
