appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.<\/li>\n<li>Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance,and equity within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance,pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Human Resource Management or other related field<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5years experience with 2years in a managerial role<\/li>\n<li>Professional certificate of an Accountant.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritise financial payments based on available funds<\/li>\n<li>Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.<\/li>\n<li>Manage company\u2019s imprest and ensure full retirement of funds by each
