We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Senior Manager, Corporate and Commercial Law<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position is a key role within Nigeria that will be responsible for managing and coordinating legal issues relating to general corporate &amp; commercial law and intellectual property law with a view to ensuring the company\u00a0 is protected from all potential risk and litigations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other job expectations include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide corporate management with Legal advice on commercial Legal issues as may be requested from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Identify all legal issues as may impact on Company\u2019s proposed course of action or initiative<\/li>\n<li>Address and Manage risks inherent in company\u2019s transactions through proper legal documentation<\/li>\n<li>Vet all documents for signing and ensure those are executed in accordance with the Financial\u00a0 Delegation of Authority (FDOA)as may be applicable from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Check that the transactions entered into by the company do not jeopardize the Company\u2019s operating license, proper standing and continuous existence<\/li>\n<li>Advice the Company\u2019s on its corporate Finance &amp; Banking obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Check and document Corporate Finance of the company\u2019s right and obligations under the company\u2019s financing obligations as well as the timelines for performing such.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with and manage the provision of services to the Company by external legal advisors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that proper instructions are obtained from the internal User Group that requires the external legal services<\/li>\n<li>Review the advice given to ensure that solutions are provided or collaborate with external advisor until a solution is proffered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent such as BA (Law) or J.D<\/li>\n<li>Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Laws (LLM) degree may be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>8-10 years experience in handling contractual \/commercial-related legal matters.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have up-to-date knowledge of commercial law, including, but not limited to:<\/li>\n<li>Legal drafting;<\/li>\n<li>General contract law;<\/li>\n<li>\u00adCorporate and Commercial law;<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications industry structure and business models; and Employment law and practice.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual Property law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested and qualified candidates should:<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1412841204\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Manager \u2013 Invoicing &amp; Payment Processing<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position is a key role within Nigeria that will be responsible overseeing all\u00a0 vendor Invoice collection &amp; processing in oracle, payment on all approved and due invoices on oracle and\u00a0 trade services functions of the account payables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other job expectations include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invoice Collection &amp; Processing \u2013 To ensure that all Invoices submitted by Vendor are received in line with the approved guideline\/Checklist. Ensuring that there is a PHD record of all invoice received. Ensure that GRN\/SRN are done for all received invoices same day. Ensure Subsequent booking and initiation of Invoices within 24 hours of GRN\/SRN<\/li>\n<li>Account Payable Reports \u2013 To ensure that all the Management Information Reports relating to Invoice booking and vendors payments ( i.e. Payment Due Report, Invoice Awaiting Approval, Invoice not Submitted for Approval, Invoice Pending Validation &amp; Strategic Vendors Payments Reports) are produce within the expected timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Validation of Vendor Invoices \u2013 To ensure that ACE validate all invoices in line with extant SLA<\/li>\n<li>Foreign Payments \u2013 To plan and coordinate the settlement of all foreign payments through CBN as at when due in the most efficient manner and at most optimal cost possible.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor Payments \u2013 To ensure that all due invoices are allocated and processed on same day basis once they fall due.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management \u2013 To manage relationship with Internal and external customers as well as relevant regulators such as\u00a0 NCC<\/li>\n<li>Internal controls and reporting \u2013 To ensure that all relevant policies in Account Payable are effective adhere to without failure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree i.e. B.
