We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Customer Operations Manager (COM) ensures that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled towards one customer account.<\/li>\n<li>The role is responsible for ensuring end to end operational performance towards the account according to agreed targets.<\/li>\n<li>The role is acting on behalf of Operations, typically for one or more customer accounts.<\/li>\n<li>The role shall ensure that the portfolio is managed and that projects within that portfolio are progressing according to schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all aspects of the complete delivery portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer and stakeholder engagement<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all programs and Projects within the assigned accounts have correct financial establishment, planning and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all programs and projects within the assigned account are run according to Ericsson established procedures and processes, including all trade and SOX compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Build a personal customer relationship that fosters trust and confidence.<\/li>\n<li>Provide required project account reporting as directed by PMO.<\/li>\n<li>Direct project fulfilment decision making actions within the scope of the signed contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Authority to recruit Program and Project Managers into the account operations within the limits of the budgets set at TG2.<\/li>\n<li>To initiate and execute program and project off track initiatives to return projects to plan status.<\/li>\n<li>Independently manage account operations in the assigned account in consultation with the Key Account Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Approve upon delegation from the KAM project documents and project tollgates.<\/li>\n<li>Approve all project POs and expenses within the set authority limit in the country and the TG2 budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Together with the KAM take prioritization decisions within the account<\/li>\n<li>Provide Competence domains with required inputs for the competence development and resources dimensioning<\/li>\n<li>Appoint and manage Program Managers and Project Managers, as required, to secure customer contract fulfilment in the most cost effective, efficient way possible.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction, trust and confidence is manage in the best way possible to assist in securing future business.<\/li>\n<li>Capture best practices and re-use learnings within the account and region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 years or more solid experience from Customer Project Management or relevant line management role.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong cultural awareness and excellent language skills to enable communication throughout the organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong inter-communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Thought leadership and commercial understanding as needed to identify short and long term business priorities for specific account.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently as well as in a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualification and Experience Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The holder of the COM role is expected to have a background in delivery towards customers such as Project Management deliveries, Managed Services deliveries, or Customer Support activities.<\/li>\n<li>The COM is also expected to have several years of experience from a leadership role, preferably from the area of Service Delivery and\/or Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership Competence<\/li>\n<li>Financial Acumen and Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Project &amp; Program Management<\/li>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Coaching &amp; Mentoring<\/li>\n<li>Business understanding<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship Handling<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and argumentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.ericsson.com\/main\/jobs\/288303?lang=en-us&amp;previousLocale=en-US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Next Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What happens next once you apply?
