We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Logistics Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Aba-Abia, Enugu, Owerri-Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation, safety performance, or logistics quality management.<\/li>\n<li>Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile daily trip performance reports with the tracking system report<\/li>\n<li>Manage delivery officers and all their related activities<\/li>\n<li>Developing transportation relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring transport costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification And Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc.\/HND in Social Science or any related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 cognate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of federal, state and city laws, statutes and ordinances<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of modern policing principles<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep accurate records<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator who enjoy interacting with and protecting the public.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain positive relations with the general public<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Workshop Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Aba-Abia, Enugu, Owerri-Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To coordinate all workshop related activities and ensure availability of trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure workshop procedures &amp; systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during repairs on vehicle as well as maintenance documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor repair time &amp; repair quality and ensure the KPI (MTTR &amp; RFTR) targets are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer focus oriented culture among the team and maintain good relationships with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure workshop facility, equipment &amp; tools are adequately maintained and available in ready to use condition.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.<\/li>\n<li>Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of repairs before the release of vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical advice to team members, analyze and interpret data.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the workshop observes all warranty process conditions<\/li>\n<li>Guiding &amp; motivating productive staff to improve productivity &amp; efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control workshop expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification And Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Commercial Vehicles)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years strong Engineering experience with an established Commercial Vehicle Workshop (Trucks specifically)<\/li>\n<li>Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skill and team spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Product knowledge &amp; skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to guide &amp; train others.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Safety &amp;
