In order to address the root causes of poverty, we advocate for just decisions by public authorities, businesses and religious leaders. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Finance, Admin and Logistics Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Maiduguri, Borno<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is seeking a competent and highly motivated Finance Administration and Logistics Manager to join our team in Nigeria. In this vital role, under NCA\u2019s Country Director (CD), you will have strategic management of all finance functions as well as providing oversight to the supply chain management and logistics function, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures. Additionally, you will support the recruitment, retention and development of staff through direct oversight of the human resources function.<\/li>\n<li>As Finance Administration and Logistics Manager, you are part of NCA\u2019s senior management team. In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and can communicate across all areas of the organization and with colleagues at all levels, from senior leadership to national staff employees. You are flexible and able to easily adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment.<\/li>\n<li>The position is a two-year contract, with the possibility of extension. Commencement in October 2019. This an expat position only.<\/li>\n<li>The position is based in Maiduguri, Nigeria with frequent travel to Local Government Area project sites.
