We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Candy Line Lead<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\nJob: Manufacturing \/ Conversion<br \/>\n<strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role involves effective and efficient management of process, methods &amp; material resources to continuously deliver products of consistently high quality and at the right throughput at competitive costs that will guarantee profitability for the business.<\/li>\n<li>All these activities must be carried out in a safe manner and clean environment within the Candy process line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve consistent product quality and ensure food safety at all times<\/li>\n<li>Achieve vertical startup for new equipment, installation and\/or lines.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve the Candy plant targets on CBN for the plant<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance to all process parameters and documentation of all activities and parameters on his\/her line.<\/li>\n<li>Reduction in scrap \/ rework level -Drive down waste on the lines &amp; champion waste reduction efforts and ensure rework re-use<\/li>\n<li>Achieve near zero defects on the production line<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Risk Assessment, Quick Risk Prediction and ensure LOTO compliance<\/li>\n<li>Effective DMS meetings and Visible SQCDSM boards<\/li>\n<li>Work with engineering manager to draw up PPM programme and ensure implementation for both making and packing end of the line to ensure equipment reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Support team recruit for the line<\/li>\n<li>Identify improvement opportunities on the line and ensure implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise effectively with support services providers to ensure prompt and quality service delivery to the line.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out daily Line walk through and restore line to standards.<\/li>\n<li>Drive full implementation of AM steps 1-7 on the line.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure plant &amp; equipment availability, reliability and performance round the clock<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Candy plant weekly production plan &amp; achieve OEE\/GE on both Making and Packing section of the line.<\/li>\n<li>Strict adherence to GMP and Food safety Requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Draw up cleaning plan for the equipment and ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure machines are run with guards and safety devices in place.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure machines are ran based on SOPs and center line.<\/li>\n<li>Report and investigate near misses, incident &amp; accidents in the factory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commitment to employees\u2019 development by coaching and mentoring subordinates<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to IL6S deployment in Candy.<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing good housekeeping, high sense of discipline and professionalism, and correct use of tools and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>To regularly liaise with the section manager, engineering manager and plant manager.<\/li>\n<li>Partake in new project planning and implementation for the line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiar with IL6S\/ TPM\/ WCM<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills of production systems, components parts and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of component materials (raw materials) and make suggestions on ways to enhance the overall product quality and process reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>A proven ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for actions taken.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable, Adaptable, Aggressive, Collaborative &amp; must have integrity<\/li>\n<li>Inspire Trust and Lead from both the head and the heart.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop, configure and optimize existing processes<\/li>\n<li>Data interpretation to include process audits, process and packaging development<\/li>\n<li>MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Must have basic understanding of IL6S or TPM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/mondelez.taleo.net\/careersection\/mdlz_global_external\/jobdetail.ftl?job=1908836&amp;src=SNS-12680\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mondelez International LLC is a whole new company that has been re-imagined with a single focus in mind: create delicious moments of joy by sharing the world\u2019s favorite brands.
