We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR &amp; Admin Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in recruiting process<\/li>\n<li>Assist in On-boarding process<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock inventories &amp; issuing are properly documented<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the activities of drivers &amp; vehicle maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all issues requests from unit\/departments are attended to in timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily staff attendance<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that staff queries\/request are attended to on time<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that staff queries\/request are attended to on time<\/li>\n<li>Prepare wages\/ salaries of contract\/casual workers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly lunch subsidy of staff &amp; process for approval<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly staff allocation as at when due<\/li>\n<li>Assist in filling of documents into staff files<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the vehicle documents to ensure timely renewals<\/li>\n<li>Assist in staff appraisals, trainings &amp; conferences<\/li>\n<li>Liase with regulatory authorities to resolve staff issues and represent the company.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with issues of pension\u2019s benefits &amp; HMO\u2019s of staff<\/li>\n<li>Perform other HR\/Admin duties as may be assigned from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years working experience as HR\/Admin Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Be between 25-27 years of Age<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Business related courses<\/li>\n<li>CIPM will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:reuben.owolabi@morisonplc.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>reuben.owolabi@morisonplc.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>9th August, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Morison Industries Plc \u2013 At Morrison we provide sustainable solutions to the most challenging environmental issues.
