It\u2019s an on trade dominated market but with a fast growing off trade channel. We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Key Account Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> JR1026828<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja Depot<br \/>\n<strong>Worker Type:<\/strong> Regular<br \/>\n<strong>Purpose of Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To lead and manage the key account process within specific Territory of Coverage. Key Account Management is needed to shift perceptions from a commodity base to a value-add and partner relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Decision:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decide the appropriate sales action to implement per customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Top Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve profitable volume\/market share target for the Territory by driving rate of sales within stores and accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure equitable visibility, share of shelf and appropriate secondary visibility within accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brilliant execution of customer marketing\/marketing promotional activity by ensuring the right stores are selected, agencies are adhering to our standards, constant review of what is working and on time in full delivery of reports.<\/li>\n<li>Work with National Key Account Manager, and Capability function to develop and coach the third-party supervisors and merchandisers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations with accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate with a minimum 3 \u2013 4 years commercial expertise gained across Sales\/Consumer Marketing or Sales Management.<\/li>\n<li>Direct experience in selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase, Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with the application of Health &amp; Safety and Quality systems.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills \u2013 written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Good inter-personal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Modern Trade Management Experience will be an Advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced driver with a valid license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/diageo.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/Diageo_Careers\/job\/Abuja-Nigeria\/Key-Account-Executive-North_JR1026828\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Key Account Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> JR1026831<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Aba Brewery<br \/>\n<strong>Worker Type:<\/strong> Regular<br \/>\n<strong>Purpose of Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To lead and manage the key account process within specific Territory of Coverage.
