FSHL has been able to build world class homes in and around lekki consistently for the past few years. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Construction Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish with proven experience as construction project manager<\/li>\n<li>The ideal job holder will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner and ensure projects are delivered without exceeding budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements<\/li>\n<li>Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities<\/li>\n<li>Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the work of sub-contractors and give them guidance when needed<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues<\/li>\n<li>Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations<\/li>\n<li>Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met<\/li>\n<li>Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>A team player with leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA in Civil Engineering or Building Science<\/li>\n<li>PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction\/ project management software<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10-15 years\u2019 experience in diverse Civil Engineering projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@synergihomes.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>info@synergihomes.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st August, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>First Synergi Construction Limited \u2013 Incorporated in Nigeria in 2007, First Synergi homes Limited primarily provides interior design and construction services to the private and public sector.
