We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Admin\/Facility Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform Administrative activities along with the HR Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments<\/li>\n<li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Inspect buildings\u2019 structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations<\/li>\n<li>Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors<\/li>\n<li>Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate office space according to needs<\/li>\n<li>Keep financial and non-financial records<\/li>\n<li>Perform analysis and forecasting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/BSc in Facility Management or Business Administration or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as facilities management or relevant position<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent administrative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and interpret customer requirements \u2013 speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs<\/li>\n<li>Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions<\/li>\n<li>Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively<\/li>\n<li>Work with the technical team to ensure customer project requirements are met<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts<\/li>\n<li>Analyze sales statistics<\/li>\n<li>Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>2-4 years sales or marketing work experience.
