We are recruiting for the posts below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the effective implementation of the Company\u2019s HSE-MS<\/li>\n<li>Create awareness amongst staff of HSE practices.<\/li>\n<li>Create safety awareness actions on site and enforce safety measures and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct or co-ordinate HSE audits<\/li>\n<li>Conduct safety inductions for new employees, attach\u00e9s, youth corps members and contractors on site.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and implement effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure objectives are met.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to Project and Operations teams in all aspects of safety, occupational health safety and environmental issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure training, tool box meetings and drills are implemented as part of the company\u2019s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc,<\/li>\n<li>Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Provide HSE compliance guidance on all sites or field work.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk assessment and ensure that permit to work system is enforced.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in daily routine safety inspections of the site.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all activities are carried out in such a manner that minimizes the risks to employees, contractors, property and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake accident\/incident investigations as the needs arise and implement remedial\/preventive actions against re-occurrence of such (accident\/incident)<\/li>\n<li>Investigate all accidents, near-misses, fire outbreaks and write reports.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Safety Statistic reporting. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct or co-ordinate HSE training and orientation to all new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Attain and Maintain MSDS workplace files, site FTO, Safety permits &amp; approvals and OSHA logs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Skills<\/strong><br \/>\nMandatory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Engineering, or any related Science or Environmental discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years work experience in the Marine or Oil and Gas industry<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of applicable Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Have 3 \u2013 5 years minimum work experience<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have done relevant HSE trainings with certificates<\/li>\n<li>Display a high level of computer literacy; Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Access).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Preferred Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Member of an internationally recognized environmental\/safety\/health professional body (IOSH, NISP or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum level 3 in NEBOSH<\/li>\n<li>Identification and risk assessment of Occupational Health and Safety accidents.<\/li>\n<li>Good technical knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in ISO standards and HSE management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with international safety codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Civil Engineer\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collecting project information, carrying out on-site investigation, and drafting project technical proposal for project manager;<\/li>\n<li>Cooperating with the project team to complete drawing and calculation tasks at various stages of design consultation.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of preparation and publication of report and design drawings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and another related area, with more than 5-year working experience in construction design &amp; consultation area.<\/li>\n<li>Coren Certificate Holder<\/li>\n<li>Experience in road &amp; bridge design is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the technical specifications and standards of Nigerian,<\/li>\n<li>Theoretical fundamental knowledge of civil engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in CAD design drawing, Office software, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Good teamwork and good communication skills.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resource availability and allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.<\/li>\n<li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Report and escalate to management as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties\/vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\u2019 individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.<\/li>\n<li>Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.<\/li>\n<li>Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members<\/li>\n<li>Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs<\/li>\n<li>Use and continually develop leadership skills &amp; Perform other related duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) \/ Other certification is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Manager top skills &amp;
