We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Medical Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Function:<\/strong> Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> District Sales Manager<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raise health professionals satisfaction and ensure sales performance of a determined set of products in a determined geography (or a list of customers).<\/li>\n<li>Provide high quality information to Health Care or Animal Health Professionals. Delivers personal sales objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure achievement of sales objectives and development of the company\u2019s market potential within defined territory, through implementing the company\u2019s strategy and policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve sales target for Brands in the assigned Territory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Proper Coverage as per the planned Frequency per segment.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base to provide lobby of loyal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity and product performance to assist in development of Trade marketing plan.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate Messages properly on company brands, attribute &amp; consumers benefits as the per brand strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Abide by driving and Safety rules<\/li>\n<li>Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure database update of territory customers on quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Develop long term profitable Business relationship with Trades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree with sales background.<\/li>\n<li>Good organisation skills<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Capability to work in a team.<\/li>\n<li>One to two years experience in cognate field.<\/li>\n<li>Good selling, communication, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Focused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal: Medical, Sales Admin. &amp; Marketing departments.<\/li>\n<li>External: Company clients i.e. Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sanofi.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com\/SanofiCareers\/job\/Lagos\/Medical-Representative_R2520177\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sanofi is a global healthcare leader focused on patients\u2019 needs, engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of therapeutic solutions focused on patients\u2019 needs.
