We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance\/ Human Resource Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Maiduguri, Borno<br \/>\n<strong>Code:<\/strong> AS01100<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Project Administration Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Level:<\/strong> 6<br \/>\n<strong>Working hours:<\/strong> 48 Hours Per week<br \/>\n<strong>Main Objective of the Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute administrative and finance tasks and do follow up of project accountancy, according to administration Manager\u2019s indications and MSF procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep a strict control over monetary resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities and Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute administrative and legal related tasks, under supervision of the Administrator Manager, checking payroll calculations and updating personal files in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments.<\/li>\n<li>Implement cash management procedures in order to ensure the highest control and security, and ensure cash availability.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labour and fiscal law compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up all expiring rental contract dates and inform the Administration Manager in order to leave enough time to arrange a renewal or look for some other alternative.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out all accounting tasks and activities in order to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>File the accounting documents and enter the accounting pieces in the accounting software, with the support from the Administration Manager and\/or the Accounting Manager (ACMA).<\/li>\n<li>Follow up accommodation and movement plan to the projects and ensure all staffs are well information.<\/li>\n<li>Daily Supervision of the cleaners and cook.<\/li>\n<li>Enter data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up-to-date in order to facilitate HR processes management.<\/li>\n<li>Update Social security &amp; Tax office employee files and documents in order to meet legal requirements and duties.<\/li>\n<li>Draw up monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Draw up the final pay slip and employment certificate at the end of a contract in order to meet legal requirements while defending MSF \u2019s interests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential previous working experience of at least two (2) years in relevant jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Desirable experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Language:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Local language essential ( Hausa) Mission language (English)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Results, teamwork, flexibility, commitment, Stress Management, service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacity to work as a team, respectful and good working attitude<\/li>\n<li>Sensitive and respectful of religious and cultural differences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: As per the MSF salary scale (national contract)<\/li>\n<li>Basic salary: 303,781 NGN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send a CV and Motivation Letter and copies of credentials either by email to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:msfe-maiduguri-admin-emerg@barcelona.msf.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>msfe-maiduguri-admin-emerg@barcelona.msf.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(Email subject should be Finance\/ Human Resource Assistant: Maiduguri)<br \/>\nOR<br \/>\nIn person at<br \/>\n<strong>MSF Spain Office,<br \/>\nOld International Primary School Line NTA\/Circular Road Junction<br \/>\nBy Damboa Road,<br \/>\nMaiduguri- Borno State.<br \/>\n<\/strong>(Write the position for which you are applying on the envelope)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only short-listed applicants are contacted.<\/li>\n<li>Applications are non-returnable.
