We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Store Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily, weekly and monthly analysis, report sheet comprising the materials issue for production with cost price<\/li>\n<li>Documentations of all material received and issued to various department<\/li>\n<li>Making proper analysis to determine the materials yielded from store through kitchen to sales point department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency in the procedure of proper analysis system with proper monitoring to eradicate mistake in analysis or fraud among staff, customer or suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Outlet Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Rivers<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Ledger \u2013 Set up new accounts in general ledger; Review\/Reconcile general ledger accounts \u2013 Weekly; Write and post journal entries (duly approved) for reclassification of expenses as needed- Weekly; Closure of monthly ledger (ensure all costs are taken in); Run \/check trial balance<\/li>\n<li>Bank reconciliation\/ Budget &amp; Audit preparation \u2013 Prepare monthly bank reconciliations; Adjust reconciling items as appropriate; Budget\/Audit as Required<\/li>\n<li>Fixed Asset register \u2013 Ensure maintenance of Capitalization limits Update fixed asset Register with additions and disposals; Keep file of all invoice copies related to Fixed assets; Run monthly depreciation.<\/li>\n<li>Accounts Receivables \u2013 Ensure invoicing of customers occur as and when they are due; Follow through on payments due &amp; reconcile accordingly; Provide Debtors Ageing Report consistently.<\/li>\n<li>Accounts Payable \u2013 Receive supplier invoices, code appropriately and send for approval -daily; Input all approved supplier invoices; Ensure all monthly invoices are received, otherwise take provisions; Run creditors report and publish; Prepare Supplier payments<\/li>\n<li>Tax Returns: Paye, VAT &amp; WHT computation &amp; rendition<\/li>\n<li>Customer Accounts \u2013 Post customer receipts into account and reconcile customer accounts \u2013 daily; Ensure individual departmental reports match system generated report, and produce Group receivables<\/li>\n<li>Inventory\/Stock Mgt \u2013 Ensure all stock-in &amp; stock-out are well managed &amp; reconcile with the General Ledger &amp; Reports.<\/li>\n<li>Management Reports \u2013 produce monthly P&amp;L &amp; Balance Sheet Report<\/li>\n<li>Perform other functions as assigned by the MD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Outlet Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Plateau<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Restaurant Outlet Manager would be responsible for supervising daily outlet operations in selected outlet(s) and assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards and assisting servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.<\/li>\n<li>This role shall strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>The constant training of the Staff and maintaining the Operations\u2019 consistency would be the main objective as well as Maximizing revenue and net profit by controlling operational expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND\/B.Sc in related field<\/li>\n<li>8 years\u2019 cognate experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience in a restaurant &amp; catering business, including Profit &amp;
