Wellness Pharmacy &amp; Mart currently runs as retail chain business on all kinds of pharmaceutical products and has 4 outlets in Lagos serving numerous clients within and beyond the shores of the Metropolis. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Medical Doctor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee healthcare provider network development and management<\/li>\n<li>Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programmes<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate adjudication, negotiation of claims<\/li>\n<li>Timely treatment of pre-authorization requests and codes<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient and effective deployment of monitoring\/quality assurance tools<\/li>\n<li>Effective provider visitation and proper reporting of visits and Quality Assurance tools utilized in weekly report.<\/li>\n<li>Effective use of computer to analyze report and submit reports.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee member services activities and client relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organisations.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for general administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Characteristics\/Skills Desired<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A certified Doctor MBBS or MBCHB Degree with 1-2 years post NYSC.<\/li>\n<li>Must have interest in family Medicine\/ Community Health.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Decision making and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to learn new systems\/programs quickly!<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize, handle pressure &amp; responsibility, and work within deadlines strongly emphasized.<\/li>\n<li>HMO Experience is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must have a sound Administrative experience<\/li>\n<li>Good communication\/presentation skills (both oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@hazonholdings.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@hazonholdings.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wellness Healthcare Limited was incorporated in 2008 (RC7440945).
