We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Admin Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nDetails<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer and direct phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.<\/li>\n<li>Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact lists.<\/li>\n<li>Run company errands.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in product sourcing (Buyers and Suppliers of Wood, Cashew, Soya bean, Sesame seeds, Charcoal etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Assist in answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in data capturing of EasyTruck 247 clients.<\/li>\n<li>To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Chief<\/li>\n<li>Executive Officer and Human Resource.<\/li>\n<li>To commit to working proactively to support both the team and project output.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in cleaning the office daily.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general support to visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to questions and requests for information.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data entry and scan documents.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving any administrative problems.<\/li>\n<li>And any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nWe expect you to possess \/ exhibit the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Leadership &amp; Supervisory skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and manage<\/li>\n<li>cross-functional teams under minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and commitment to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, within the company and with external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Medium level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.<\/li>\n<li>A desire to grow personally and professionally, including the ability to quickly learn<\/li>\n<li>and follow the policies of a multinational organisation.<\/li>\n<li>You must be amiable, professional and approachable at all times<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented, good planning capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>A high degree of self-confidence and the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills with impeccable written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>English.<\/li>\n<li>Strong passion and drive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:oge@tradersofafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>oge@tradersofafrica.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Traders of Africa Limited is an ecommerce marketplace focused on driving intra-African trade as well as trade between Africa and the world through technology.
