We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of petty cash transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Posting of transactions on Sage- Account receivables, account payables and general ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Attending to tax issues as directed by the accountant- PAYE, WHT, VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Bank reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Working with journals, sales &amp; purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Pay the company utilities and payroll<\/li>\n<li>Keep track and take care of account receivables and payables<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify financial documents<\/li>\n<li>Maintain meticulous records.<\/li>\n<li>Vetting of freight charges<\/li>\n<li>Procurement audit- price confirmation<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all payments amounts &amp; records are accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of statutory accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or a related field required<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with general software, such as Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented, organized<\/li>\n<li>Strong record keeping skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise discretion<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Comfort collaborating with a team.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting software a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong math skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:aclhr@alliedcomputers-nig.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>aclhr@alliedcomputers-nig.com<\/strong><\/a>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>6th September, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allied Computers is a reputable indigenous Information Technology Company with over 25 years of experience in delivering IT solutions and products in the Nigerian market.
