We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Packaging Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunities exist for highly skilled and result driven Packaging Manager in International Breweries Plc Ilesha Plant, reporting to the Plant Manager.<\/li>\n<li>The successful incumbent will manage and provide leadership and guidance in the implementation of plans to achieve packaging hall objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply Advanced\/Systemic Knowledge of The Packaging Plant and Process in the Department.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Occupational Health, Safety, Risk and Environment in the Department.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage Plant, Process, System and Service Requirements in the department<\/li>\n<li>Drive Systemic Performance Improvement In the department.<\/li>\n<li>Optimised Packaging Hall and results, via the KPI data<\/li>\n<li>Ensure, quality conformance to quality packaged products and minimised waste of product, containers or materials.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department and monitor inventory for warehouse and maintain records of all physical transactions and prepare documents for same.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers\/ contractors and improve efficiency process through incorporation of new technology.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the Systemic Application of Asset Management in the Process Area, Quality and Integrated System Management in the Department.<\/li>\n<li>Manage human resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Experience and skills required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Industrial Engineering or Equivalent, with Diploma in Packaging (IBD) and \/or additional business Qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the principles and practices of Manufacturing Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of Asset Care principles and good operating practices<\/li>\n<li>Proven Leadership ability<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of (7) Years\u2019 experience in Packaging line operations management or related field at a senior line management position in a brewery or FMCG with a Minimum of 4 years in a management role<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Process control within a brewing\/process environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key competencies and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Analytical problem solving Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1478020240\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AB InBev is the world\u2019s leading brewer.
