We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Ticketing and Reservation Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Kaduna<br \/>\n<strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Booking of flight tickets and resolving ticket related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving calls from online customers and resolving customer queries and any customer related issues as regards their transactions with iCarryGo.com LTD<\/li>\n<li>Ensure visa related issues are resolved timely.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate solution to customers on any difficulty encounter why booking ticket on their own<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper balancing of every online transaction ,off-line transaction, walk-in-customer on daily basis and present it to account department for review<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on every prospects and pending transaction on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Your duties\/responsibilities maybe modified at the discretion of the management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper flight reservation, hotels and cars and issue ticket and voucher where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient intra and interpersonal communication with the customers<\/li>\n<li>Educate and enlighten customer on the new and existing products of the company and also our visa consultation services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have worked in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA\/HND\/OND in any course<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be skilled in the use of Global Distribution software and other computer programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@icarrygo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@icarrygo.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>23rd September, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>iCarryGo.com Limited is an online travel company with her head office situated in, The Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Nigeria.
