\nTo assist Plant Controller (Plant Finance Manager) in achieving object of reliable books of I accounts, safeguard the Company’s control and assist in meeting the Plant’s reporting deadline.<\/p>\n
\nAdhere strictly the Safety Policies, Rules, and Regulations of the company.
\nPrepare and Maintain all the books of Accounts
\nMaintain Accurate and Reliable General Ledger for the Plant in a timely manner
\nResponsible for total contact with the external Auditors (both at the end of the year and during routine audit)
\nIn charge of regular reconciliation of the Plant’s bank accounts and other books of accounts
\nEnsuring that all account booking to Enterprise resource Package (ERP) follow the normal approval process and accountable for same.
\nLiaising with the plant cashier to ensure that the fund request of the Plant is met in timely manner.
\nEnsure full compliance with the Company’s control process in expenses booking and advise Plant Controller to initiate a process where one is not in existence.
\nAssist Plant Controller in meeting the Plant’s monthly financial reporting deadline.<\/p>\n
\nHND or B. Sc. in Finance! Accounting with minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a process industry.
\nCommitment to the highest standards of safe work habits.

\nVery good written and verbal communications skills.

\nEnsure cash disbursement journals are received by the Plant Controller following each disbursement.
\nTo carry out Monthly Reconciliation of Bank and Cash.
\nTo review JOE Cash Postings and ensure all are in line with records.
\nTo ensure timely request of Impress are done and proper record of cash movement kept in a presentable form.<\/p>\n
\nOND. degree in Finance or related discipline with Minimum of 2 years working experience.
\nProficient in computer usage (e.g. MSWord& MS Excel)
\nGood aptitude for record keeping
\nGood team player and self-motivated.
\nAttentive to details.
\nGood interpersonal relationship.<\/p>\n
\nAdhere strictly the Safety Policies, Rules, and Regulations of tile company.
\nStack supplies\/receipts from Goods Receiving section into appropriate stocks locations.
\nIdentification, labeling and tagging of received goods (Local & Offshore).
\nTo prepare daily stocks reports for Fuels and Lubricants Paper bags etc. for
\nManagement Information System.
\nTo offload bricks, grinding media, AGO and LPFO deliveries and proper storage.
\nIssue stock items to users on receipt of a duly authorized order on Stores tickets.
\nReport on stocks movements for stocks provisioning.
\nAscertain on hand balances of stocks for ordering purposes.
\nRecheck discrepancies declared during Cycle Count (Variance Sheets)
\nInventory Management (reconciliation of physical balance with computer balance of items and making necessary correction)
\nPosting of goods received into the JOE systems and Preparation of daily goods receipt report.<\/p>\n
\nOND in any Social Science discipline with minimum of 2 years experience.

\nReceive stock returns from users into the Physical Store location.
\nCo-ordinate the preparation of daily fuel stock and Paper Bag stock figures, as regards opening balances, issues, receipts, closing stocks and requirements.
\nCross-check issues of items to users departments as regards correct catalogue number, right quantities, description and authorized signatories.
\nEnsure availability of stores handling equipment and other utilities for smooth stores operations.
\nSupervise receipt and stacking of items relating to carding, unit of measure and location.
\nTo segregate damage and obsolete stock items in the Stores.<\/p>\n
\nOND in any Social Science discipline with 5 years experience or
\nB.Sc. or HND Social Sciences or related discipline with maximum of 2 years working experience.

\nResponsibilities<\/strong>
\nResponsible for setting up and ensuring proper accounting for transactions and generation of Management Accounts (P&L, BS. CF & periodic management report).

\nMinimum of B.Sc\/HND Degree, in Accounting
\nProfessional Qualification (ACCA, ACA or ICAN) is a major advantage
\nExperience in a large Manufacturing Company; not less than 4 years<\/p>\n
\nNegotiate the sale and supply of ready mix concrete and related services to customers<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of B.Sc.\/HND in any of the Social Sciences, Business Admin, Marketing<\/p>\n

\nResponsibilities<\/strong>
\nDesign concrete mixes as per project specifications and customer requirements<\/p>\n
\nDegree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
\n2-3 Years’ experience in quality control or assurance laboratory (Concrete)<\/p>\n
\nCoordinate with the shipping department for optimum production schedule<\/p>\n
\nDegree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering. Chemistry
\n3-5 years’ experience in operation of Asphat or Concrete Plant<\/p>\n
\nEnsure Plants and vehicles are maintained in the most time efficient manner and
\nroutine maintenance planned and scheduled to minimize downtime<\/p>\n
\nDegree in Mechanical or Electrical\/Electronic Engineering
\nGood working knowledge of CAT wheel loaders and Mercedes concrete mixer trucks
\n2-3 years’ experience in maintenance of Asphat or Concrete Plant<\/p>\n
\nEnsure that all material is received and recorded as per company procedures.
\nKeep records of timecard (attendance), materials! spare parts and product deliveries<\/p>\n
\nB.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Business Admin, Financial Economics
\nProfessional Qualification like ICAN may be added advantage
\nGood working knowledge of Computer especially MS Word and Excel
\n2-3 years’ experience in Finance from Construction Industry<\/p>\n
