{"id":78497,"date":"2019-09-19T16:17:09","date_gmt":"2019-09-19T15:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=78497"},"modified":"2019-09-18T16:21:41","modified_gmt":"2019-09-18T15:21:41","slug":"bmo-central-park-abuja-recent-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/bmo-central-park-abuja-recent-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"BMO Central Park Abuja Recent Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BMO Central Park Abuja is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Officer\/Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person<\/li>\n<li>Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents<\/li>\n<li>Write and distribute routine correspondence and reports; compile data and prepare reports<\/li>\n<li>Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service<\/li>\n<li>Taking or processing orders for a product or service<\/li>\n<li>Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Inform customer of deals and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Proofread and edit documents to ensure proper spelling and grammar as well as compliance with company policy; recommend revisions as needed<\/li>\n<li>Read secretarial publications and attend workshops to improve skills over time<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service<\/li>\n<li>Providing advice on purchasing products or services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mass Communication, Business Admin or any other related Social Science course<\/li>\n<li>Must be Female<\/li>\n<li>Strong client-facing and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages, like Word, PowerPoint and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Must be young between the ages of 21 to 27.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year related experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of industry\u2019s customer service trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@abujacentralpark.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr@abujacentralpark.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
