\/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nRequirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum educational qualification is OND<\/li>\n<li>Must be staying in or around V.I<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience in stated or similar job role<\/li>\n<li>Not more 32 years by December, 2019<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills (written and oral)<\/li>\n<li>Presentable and well put together<\/li>\n<li>Very well spoken<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>IT savvy\/Computer literate; Ability to use Microsoft office tools \u2013 word, excel etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\n720,000 NGN per Annum (Based on qualification and work experience).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Direct Sales Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Gbagada, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively partake in setting sales and marketing targets.<\/li>\n<li>Directly responsible for the achievement of sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Directly responsible for effectively marketing the company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly source new and viable clients.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to developing and advising on marketing communication materials to promote the company\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as a real estate agent\/salesperson (At least 1 year)<\/li>\n<li>Proven track of successful sales record<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Pleasant and trustworthy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>MS Office familiarity<\/li>\n<li>Good teamwork skills and Strong Attention to Details.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Qualification:
