We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Customer Team (CT)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 1900000D9G<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> CBT Nigeria Head<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To lead and manage the Customer Team (CT) for Other Operators in Nigeria (these are all telecom operators excluding MTN and Airtel; those are handled by regional CT\u2019s), to deliver Nokia products and services to these customers, manage customer satisfaction as well as achievement of Nokia\u2019s key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>As a senior sales professional, the CT Head is responsible for the end to end management of the CT, including Sales, operations, stakeholder relationship management, internal processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibility Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Further develop strong relationships with the customer, including CXO level, to enable successful positioning and sales of Nokia products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the business strategy as well as the coordination of Nokia contacts with the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and articulate the overall sales strategy and lead account planning focused on key market segments.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain effective internal communications and networks with appropriate stakeholders and to galvanize support, maximize Nokia\u2019s effectiveness and meet customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for business execution, operations, post sales and managing the account including all internal processes (e.g. strategy, demand planning, project execution, sales and resource management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide team leadership, in particular the account managers in the CT, ensuring that they have appropriate skills, training and knowledge to position and to position the value of Nokia\u2019s products\/services\/solutions to the customers, ensuring that the CT works efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively provides opex, inventory and credit control.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance with Nokia risk management, SOX\/policies, procedures and reporting for the account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interfaces and Reporting:<br \/>\nWorks closely with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BG functions: Pre-sales, HoS, Delivery<\/li>\n<li>Head of Technologies<\/li>\n<li>Strategy &amp; Sales Ops<\/li>\n<li>Pricing Management<\/li>\n<li>Legal<\/li>\n<li>F&amp;C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 10+ years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Telecoms or IT background is a must<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in business development<\/li>\n<li>Relevant university degree in telecommunications, technical, business or similar qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership profile with presence and credibility in the market<\/li>\n<li>Systematic thinker and a winning mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Leadership skills to be able to lead the Customer Team and all support functions.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in handling accounts\/customers of comparable size and complexity.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Nokia\u2019s product &amp; solution and overall telecommunications market, trends and related regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation, communication and good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to have a good understanding of the customer\u2019s business\/competitive situation\/strategy and an understanding of the drivers of customer profitability to drive Nokia business targets for the CT<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong relationships with influential stakeholders in the market<\/li>\n<li>Develop\/execute strategies addressing all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide leadership and guidance during critical deal making process and collaboration with BGs<\/li>\n<li>Financial and risk management skills to support forecasting and the qualification of opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Experience with contract management, financial terms and conditions<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.nokia.com\/jobs\/ct-head-nigeria-32029\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nokia is a Global Technology Leader, connecting people and t ings.
