We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Solution Architect-BSS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Req ID: <\/strong>291269<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, and troubleshooting end-to-end technical solutions for the customers.<\/li>\n<li>In this role, you will also be accountable for proactively supporting customer solutions, and leading customer support teams to resolve complex problems at customer network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding and driving end-to-end technical troubleshooting in customer network<\/li>\n<li>Develop technical presentations and root cause analysis, and perform customer presentations<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to R&amp;D<\/li>\n<li>Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer technology, lead in problems isolation.<\/li>\n<li>Work with support teams on list of potential activities and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of on new technology\/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: BSC in Engineering or Computer Science or relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Domain experience:\u00a0 area of expertise Business support systems, charging, EMM and ECM\/EOC<\/li>\n<li>Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer or support engineer<\/li>\n<li>Minimum years of experience: 5 years of working as a support engineer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s in it for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With over 90,000 employees across 180+ countries, we have a culture that respects and supports your ambitions, in alignment with our values of Respect, Professionalism and Perseverance.
