We\u2019ve been a trusted category leader since 1871 and yet we feel like we\u2019re only just getting started.<\/li>\n<li>Performance, Passion and Care define who we are as a company, how we work every day, and the responsibility we feel toward our Associates, our consumers, our business partners and our world.<\/li>\n<li>We have big ambitions to grow this business and we want to attract the right people \u2013 those that love what they do, thrive on responsibility and are looking for limitless career defining opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll have to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and it will take hard work and determination; we will give you the ownership you need to make an impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Role<\/strong><br \/>\nOVH, BMI and Forecasting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management reporting including Financial forecasting\/budgeting and longer-term strategic planning processes<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance in forecasting and other ad-hoc business analysis<\/li>\n<li>OC Governance, continuous improvement on rule-based journals + controls<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad-hoc support to countries within the BU<\/li>\n<li>Managing and reporting of OVHs and BMI costs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct bookings of costs in P&amp;L as per SCOA<\/li>\n<li>Forecast working capital<\/li>\n<li>Support related budget owners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>P2P Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P2P OC Governance, continuous Improvement on P2P Processes + controls<\/li>\n<li>Working Capital forecasting, reporting and commentary;<\/li>\n<li>Partnering BMI and Overheads teams with P2P processes<\/li>\n<li>P2P Metrics \u2013 POT (Payment on time), POC (PO Compliance), FPY (First Pass Yield) \u2013 working with\/ supporting OC with directive to improve metrics<\/li>\n<li>Approval of urgent\/ manual payments<\/li>\n<li>Query Escalations from business on poor service\/ issues after contacting AP helpdesk\/ OC\/ BCS Agent<\/li>\n<li>Resolve audit queries which IBM\/ OC cannot resolve<\/li>\n<li>GRNI support<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad-hoc support to countries within the BU<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>O2C and credit controls:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage customer overdues across all customers<\/li>\n<li>Improve working capital through management of customer payment performance and trade term compliance<\/li>\n<li>Manage and mitigate bad debt and minimize bad debt provision<\/li>\n<li>Work with the shared service teams to ensure effective and aligned communication and deliverables are met<\/li>\n<li>Worked with shared service teams to ensure that accounts are reconciled correctly, customer statements issued in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Work with shared service and other internal functions to ensure that customer claims are placed in a timely manner and support the resolution of deductions on customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely month end reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support first line investigation and resolution of EDI issues<\/li>\n<li>Raise manual accruals for CD trade terms<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and validate rebate review<\/li>\n<li>Allocate promotional invoices against correct rebates<\/li>\n<li>Resolve deductions, disputed claims that IBM cannot resolve with the CD team<\/li>\n<li>Provided support for statutory reporting requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Experience and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A very strong academic record<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical bias and excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Excel skills and PowerPoint capability.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of financial metrics and FFG Financial processes<\/li>\n<li>Very strong track record of delivery in previous Finance roles<\/li>\n<li>Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure and ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Good team player With great communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/upfield.com\/careers\/join-upfield\/?viewmore=4454866002&amp;gh_jid=4454866002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Upfield is a global leader in plant-based nutrition with a great history and a portfolio of iconic brands that people have used and trusted for generations.
