We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Internal Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Level:<\/strong> Executive level<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you possess audit instincts that will enable you conduct audit of Montaigne\u2019s financial reports and assess internal control system?<\/li>\n<li>Are you willing to use your investigative skills to conduct investigations or forensic audit if fraudulent activities are suspected?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeps record to conform with tax law and to provide financial data for the management of Montaigne Business.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares weekly creditors and debtors schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares report of daily bank lodgment.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares report of daily bank balances.<\/li>\n<li>Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate action (escalate when necessary).<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that costs and revenue are properly captured.<\/li>\n<li>Make adequate provision for cost, Bank Charges, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Asset Register and compute monthly depreciation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares income tax and other government reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Functionally reports into: Head, Internal Auditor<\/li>\n<li>Administratively reports to: Head, Internal Auditor<\/li>\n<li>Supervises: None<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Accounting or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Required Auditing Experience: minimum of 2 years experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Error free reconciliation statement<\/li>\n<li>Satisfaction of internal customers<\/li>\n<li>Level of adherence to accounting operating procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@montaigneplace.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@montaigneplace.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 30th October, 2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montaigne Place is Nigeria\u2019s largest luxury skincare, cosmetic, fragrance, and well-being retail company.
