We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process,<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program.<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.<\/li>\n<li>People oriented and results driven,<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with humanr resources metrics,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills,<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Human Resource Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with public services when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees<\/li>\n<li>Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)<\/li>\n<li>Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes<\/li>\n<li>Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources\/administrative position<\/li>\n<li>Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 2nd November, 2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.fabfeetjobs@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr.fabfeetjobs@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fabfeet is a premium shoe brand that was set up in 2009 with the intention of changing the status quo in the Nigerian shoe industry by producing quality, durable and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[35],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
