We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Inventory Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures<\/li>\n<li>Inspect the levels of business supplies and materials to identify shortages<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock is adequate for all distribution request and can cover direct demand<\/li>\n<li>Record all deliveries to reconcile inventory<\/li>\n<li>Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory Place orders to replenish stock to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data to anticipate future needs<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met<\/li>\n<li>Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in inventory Mgt or similar position<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods<\/li>\n<li>Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind with strong math skills and Microsoft suite knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<\/li>\n<li>BSc\/ HND<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CILT) will be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Experience Officer (Ticketing &amp; Service)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Benin-Edo, (Iyana-Ipaja, Ikotun, Yaba)-Lagos, Warri-Delta, Enugu<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell bus tickets at GIGM.com terminals to walk in guests.<\/li>\n<li>Make and\/or change travel reservation(s) for walk in guest using the online booking system.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain Guests\/ reservation records.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve service problem(s) by clarifying the Guests\u2019 complaints either via phone, email or in person.<\/li>\n<li>Forward booking\/traveling reschedule request to the concerned unit.<\/li>\n<li>Serve guests by providing product\/ service information related to travel schedule, fare and payment.<\/li>\n<li>Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Guests\u2019 luggage check in.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate Unit(s).<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to company policies on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Brand goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to Guests and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Promote\/ Cross sell the GIGM online booking app and other Company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart conveyance.<\/li>\n<li>Assigns specified space to customers and maintains computerized inventory of passenger space available.<\/li>\n<li>Examines passenger ticket or pass to direct passenger to specified area for loading.
